About Tyler

Athletic training has always been a part of Tyler Quick’s life. As a full time fitness professional, Tyler has conducted 15,000+ sessions including: strength training, cardio-vascular conditioning, martials arts and sports massage therapy (RMT). Tyler has trained with pro and olympic athletes, has been profiled as a trainer to the stars and has been working in corporate fitness since 1996.
